Welcome to our brand new GMCF app! This user experience will be much more seamless and useful than our previous app, but of course it means that we all have to learn a new system. Please follow the guide below carefully, and feel free to get in touch with us directly if you need support with making swim lane reservations or reserving classes.
Step 1: Download the new app from your app store.
If you don’t use the links above to download the app, please ensure that you’re using the search term “GMCF” and downloading the app with our logo and our name in the icon picture (unfortunately our old app looks very similar!)
Once you’ve downloaded our new app, please delete the old app (and if you’re really old school, delete the Club Ready Members app as well!). This will minimize confusion on your end and clean up your home screen at the same time.
Step 2: Log in to the app for the first time.
You should have received an email with your username and password (this is the email connected to your GMCF membership). Enter those credentials on the log-in page.
In the top right corner you’ll find your most frequently used feature – THE BARCODE! Just click that little scanner icon and your barcode will pop right up, ready to scan you into the facility so that you can get to your workout easier than ever.
Click on the “Classes” icon near the middle of the screen.
Then, choose the date you’re looking for, and use the “Category” dropdown menu to filter the type of classes that will display. Please take some time to explore these categories as there’s some new terminology here (Aquatics = Aqua Aerobics, Group Fitness = “-FIT” classes and Extreme Workout, Studio = classes held in Fire Studio and Wind Studio).
Once you’ve found the class you’d like to register for, just click “Sign Up” and then confirm. You’ll be all set and we will see you in class!
Click on the “Reservations” icon. On the next screen, click into the field that says “Select Service” to choose between Pickleball and Swimming.
Swim Lane Reservation: Select the date and duration of your desired reservation. If you have a preference for a specific lane, you can click on “Advanced Options” near the bottom of the page and de-select any lanes you do not want (the default setting is all lanes selected).
Please note that with our new app comes new options – you can now choose a 30 or 60 minute reservation! You can also select “Save Filters” to store your preferences and use them again next time you’re booking a lane.
Finally, click “Search” to see a list of available lane times according to your previous selections. Select the time that works for you, and then click “Reserve” to secure your spot.
**In order to ensure we are keeping the most lane availability for others, please continue to book 60 minute reservations starting at the top of the hour ONLY (:00), and book 30 minute reservations to start at :00 or :30 ONLY**
Pickleball Reservation: In the “Select Service” field, click “Pickleball.” Then choose your desired duration, and you can use the “Advanced Options” menu to select/de-select any courts (note that the default is all courts, including the Tennis Court).
You can use the “Save Filters” option to store your preferences and use them again next time you’re booking a court.
Finally, click “Search” to see a list of available court times according to your previous selections. Select the time that works for you, and then click “Reserve” to secure your spot.
**In order to ensure we are keeping the most court availability for others, please continue to book 60 minute and 120 minute court times starting at the top of the hour ONLY (:00), and book 90 minute court times to start at :00 or :30 ONLY**
