CONNECT: Welcome Green Mountain United Way

On June 1st we noted the important event of our first tenant operating out of the 652 Granger building. Green Mountain United Way has been a pillar of support for our central Vermont community through this pandemic and we are honored to have them operating as a partner alongside GMCF. Their new office is nestled into the end of the 1st floor adjacent to the current fitness floor and they are steadily restaffing so you’ll see more and more activity in that space in the months to come.

Once the fitness floor is moved up into the new fitness center in the barn, the entire first floor will be converted to different spaces for tenants. This business model of filling our new building with various entities that share common goals of supporting our community will be instrumental in our long term success, so welcome GMUW!
