Group Classes

We offer tons of different classes for every athlete, from slow flow yoga to high-intensity interval training and everything in between. At GMCF, we know that fitness is more fun together!

Kettlebells, maces, sand bags, and more! This class will challenge you with odd objects and flowing sequences designed to improve your strength, agility, balance, and stamina.


A mix of low- and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Great fun and super effective!


Guaranteed to get your heart pumping! Our high-intensity interval training class is 45 minutes of pure cardio with movements anyone can perform.

FIT 4 Life
Life isn’t so fun when everyday activities are a struggle and zap our energy for things we enjoy.  Fit 4 Life is a class designed to improve whole body strength, flexibility and balance so activities like gardening, lifting a bag of wood pellets, or playing with your kids or grandkids are easier and more enjoyable.
It is an hour long class led by a Physical Therapist in a low-key, supportive atmosphere.  Bodyweight exercises and small weights are used for workouts that vary from week to week.  Movements are customized to each participant’s abilities.

Low-impact flexibility and muscular strength movements target your body’s “powerhouse” – your core.

Vigorous Vinyasa

A high-energy Asana-inspired movement class. Move from posture to posture, feel with intention, improve strength, flexibility, and balance, and get a little sweaty too!

Hatha Yoga

A moderately paced class designed for all levels that incorporates stretching, breathing, and mindful movements designed to increase energy and flexibility. The perfect complement to more rigorous activities, or for those who prefer a low-intensity workout.


Heated, Yin-inspired class, postures are held for an extended period of time, allowing deep fascial tissues, tendons, and ligaments to respond. This class is perfect if you’re a GMCF athlete, professional couch potato, or anything in between. Simmer is not a power-style class but that doesn’t make it any less powerful.


Sun salutations and breath connect postures one-by-one building strength and flexibility. Room is heated between 80 and 90 degrees and approximately 40% humidity, to promote supple muscles and easy moving joints.


Using all three Concept2 ergs (row, ski, bike), this system is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness – moderate to high intensity.

Rhythm & Motion

A dance workout class which blends a range of approaches and musical genres. Great for all levels, this class includes technical warmups, calisthenic moves for strength, vigorous choreography practiced with breakdowns as needed, and finishes with a series of mindful stretches.


Constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. These classes are designed to help every athlete improve their speed, strength, power, stamina, agility, and more. As the first CrossFit affiliate in Vermont, we have over ten years experience coaching athletes of all ages and abilities to be stronger everyday.
