Get READY for MTB season with our fun and effective programming, designed to help you gain both stamina and strength to power up switchbacks, jam on the flowy downhills, and handle any obstacle the trail might throw at you!
This series starts on April 6 and will last for six weeks. Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30pm – 8:00pm, coached by Nick Petterssen. We will spend equal amounts of time on strength training and conditioning, so you’ll improve your power as well as your stamina.
