Kerry is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. As a Physical Therapist she uses exercise-based interventions to address strength, range of motion, and functional deficits, laying the foundation for people to pursue physical fitness. Kerry became a Personal Trainer to help people bridge the gap between recovery from injury and returning to fitness. She utilizes health coaching skills to facilitate long-lasting positive changes in health and wellness.
Kerry has played a wide variety of organized sports and enjoys learning about human behavior. Her “Coach-Approach” allows her to relate and learn with her clients so that she can discover the best plan for them to meet their goals!
