Green Mountain Community Fitness hosts a number of programs created specifically for children and teens throughout the year. 

Sports Performance Academy

A youth sports performance series, guaranteed to make young athletes stronger, faster, and fitter in preparation for high school or college athletics. This series is coached by our Fitness Director Zach Napolitano and our professional staff of functional fitness coaches and personal trainers. 

Summer Camp

Our summer camp takes advantage of everything GMCF’s unique campus has to offer, and hosts 7-13 year olds for a week of fun and adventure. Camp activities include swimming, sports, hikes, arts & crafts, and more!
