to do! We focus on squatting, lunging, jumping, running, pulling and pressing.

Studio Classes

Our Earth and Fire studios feature body movement classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Hot 26&2 and more, while our Wind studio hosts endurance classes like ErgON and Rowing!

Aquatics Classes

The recently renovated six-lane pool at GMCF is where you’ll find zero-impact aerobic and conditioning classes such as Masters swim, Streamline and Aqua Aerobics!
