We are open 7 days a week.
M-Th from 5am - 9pm
Fridays from 5am - 8pm
Saturdays from 7am - 7pm
Sundays from 8am - 7pm

We do take time off for holidays and the gym does close down for special events that happen on occasion throughout the year - consult our Google Business listing for the most specific information.
We have lockers, showers, a coffee bar, saunas, a hot tub, towel service, six-lane lap swimming pool, group fitness classes, personalized services, four indoor pickleball courts, basketball hoop, GMCF Physical Therapy, free weights, Nautilus machines, Olympic lifting platforms, and a fully-outfitted functional fitness space.

When you visit GMCF, you will find several complementary businesses that live with us. Please inquire about our fantastic neighbors when you get here. Some of their services include massage therapy, talk therapy, Reiki, homebirth midwifery, martial arts, and even veterinary care.

We also share a home with Green Mountain United Way, Elevate Youth Services, and Central Vermont Children’s Academy. We’ve got a great community here up on the hill.
While there is a pre-school and early education center in the building, this service is separate from what GMCF has to offer. At this time, we do not offer on-site childcare services for members.

While we do understand that sometimes it is necessary to bring your child(ren) with you to the gym, this really should not become a regular routine or a substitute for appropriate childcare arrangements.

If circumstances arise, and you have a little one(s) in tow, children under the age of 13 need to be directly supervised at all times and within eyesight of an adult guardian while in the gym facility. It is the responsibility of the guardian to closely monitor and attend to their children throughout their visit. Children are not allowed to play on the equipment, engage in physical activities intended for adult members, or to disrupt the experience of other members at the gym. These rules are in place for the safety and well-being of everyone involved.
We strive to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for all members to engage in their fitness activities comfortably and confidently. Members are asked to wear suitable athletic attire that is conducive to physical exercise. Athletic tops, workout pants or shorts, and athletic shoes are suggested but not required. Clothing should be worn in a way that is respectful to oneself and others in the gym community. Shirts are required. Any attire that may be considered discriminatory, derogatory, or inappropriate is prohibited.

Members are expected to wear clean workout clothing and practice good personal hygiene in order to prevent the spread of bacteria and germs in shared spaces and to help maintain a fresh and pleasant scent while working out. Strong perfumes or colognes should be used in moderation to avoid causing discomfort to others.
Yes, we offer locker options for storing personal belongings while you get your workout in. We provide day use lockers where members can secure their belongings by using their own lock. Additionally, we offer rentable lockers for those seeking a more long term storage solution. This comes at an additional monthly fee.Our team takes cleanliness and maintenance seriously to provide a safe and hygienic environment for our members. In fact, as a community, we take this responsibility as one that is shared.

Members are required to use supplied cleaning spray and towels to wipe down equipment after use to prevent the accumulation of sweat and bacteria on surfaces.

Our Operations Team clean the equipment and facilities daily to ensure they are regularly sanitized and well-maintained. We have a highly qualified Building Manager who is also attuned to the needs of our machines and fitness equipment.

Beyond that, we have a dedicated cleaning crew that thoroughly cleans the entire facility after hours to uphold high standards of cleanliness inside our locker rooms, saunas, bathrooms, aquatics facility, all of the entrances, and our shared lobby spaces.
Feedback and suggestions are always welcome. Please email us or give us a call.
