Get those yards in! We host lap swim times every day, and usually have at least one lane in the pool specifically for lap swimmers.
We offer shared lane swimming – no reservations required!.
Swim Lessons
Our staff of American Red Cross-certified Water Safety Instructors teach both group lessons and private lessons for swimmers at all skill levels.
Aquatics Classes
Our aquatics center offers at least one aerobics class per day, offered in both the deep and shallow ends of the pool, to help you get a great low-impact workout.

Open Swim
We host daily Open Swim times, during which lane lines are moved aside to make room for splashing around with friends & family!
The pool schedule may be subject to last minute adjustments, so feel free to call our Front Desk and confirm Open Swim times for the day!
KidSWIM
KidSWIM is a non-competitive swim club, and a great bridge between swim lessons and competitive swimming. It is perfect for developing swimmers ages 12 & under and was developed in partnership with the Central Vermont Swim Club.
Stroke Development Clinics
GMCF is excited to offer stroke development and improvement clinics for adult swimmers. All four strokes will be evaluated and corrected with the use of drills and coach instruction.
Masters Swim
Green Mountain Community Fitness is proud to offer GMCF Masters Swim, a program open to adult swimmers looking to build fitness and technique in a group setting with some of Vermont’s most accomplished athletes.
