Tons of equipment for all kinds of workouts, many class offerings, and awesome coaches. I often go to local gyms when I travel and have never found one that has... read more what GMCF has. Great place, run by great people.
Lots of equipment and dedicated spaces for performance goals. Indoor pool, whirlpool.

I’ve been a member at GMCF for the last three years. I was never really a gym person, but Pickleball called me in. I have played hours upon hours of... read more Pickleball at GMCF and it has repeatedly gotten me through Vermont winters. The fun of the courts and community are always available, even when it is windy, gray, sleeting, and doing all the unsavory winter things outside. The courts were recently renovated and are fabulous!
Eventually, I branched out and started using other parts of the gym, mostly so my body could survive my Pickleball addiction!
The facility is spacious, modern, clean, and extremely well cared for. Classes are offered in really nice spaces, with lots of warm wood tones and natural light. They have a facility maintenance person (Tom) who is always improving the gym and has a real gift for creating functional and beautiful space. The fitness machines were all recently replaced with new, state-of-the-art equipment. They offer fitness floor orientations every week, which is great when you’re someone like me who initially had no idea what to do with any of those big gadgets.
The instructors and staff at GMCF are supportive and passionate about building community and helping people reach their fitness goals. They offer a great variety of classes. I look forward to being retired someday so I can join all of them! GMCF is truly for any body, with any goal. Maybe you just wanna go dance around in the Zumba class, go for a swim, sit in the hot tub, and then hang out in the sauna. Boom - spa day.
Probably the very best thing about GMCF is the people. I’ve spent hours receiving instruction from both Nick and Cady, the owners, and they are wonderful people. They care deeply about the experiences of their members and their staff and they put a lot of energy into building/maintaining inclusiveness and a cohesive community. GMCF has become my home away from home and I can’t recommend the place and the people highly enough. Also, there’s a welcoming lobby area with windows, plants, and many places to sit, as well as prepared food for purchase and a coffee bar.

A welcoming place for first-time CrossFitters. Very patient coaches who will teach you the ropes. The best variety of classes (CF, yoga, cardio) under one roof in the area. Fantastic... read more equipment, and overall just a great gym!
