I've been a member of GMCF since June 2021. It took just one class to convince me to sign up. They're always working to offer better and better experience and... read more access. Coaches and staff are uniformly lovely, programming is excellent, and facilities are impressive. I especially recommend OutFIT for the queer and trans community.

I've lived in three different states and was previously an ops manager at a gym -- GMCF is without a doubt the best gym I have ever been to. I... read more love how community driven GMCF is. I always feel welcome and both the staff and the members here are so friendly and kind.
I have been working with a trainer, Michelle Black, for the past 6 months, and she has been AMAZING! She has really helped me build my confidence back up after a long break from the gym post-COVID. Her programming has helped me dramatically improve my fitness levels. I've worked with several personal trainers in the past and Michelle is without a doubt the best trainer I have worked with. I could tell that she was going to be great from our initial evaluation, she is incredibly detail oriented and knowledgeable. She's helped me so much, my partner is now doing buddy sessions with me! Also, all of the trainers / coaches I've met here are great. I've been to GetFIT, GMXFIT, and BarbellFIT and have had great experiences at each of these classes. Gary, Paige, and Tracy are all fantastic coaches!
I also love that they have food to go in the lobby, the meals from Locarno's are so tasty. I workout during my lunch breaks so it is super convenient for me to grab a meal before I head back to work. I also appreciate how much this gym cares about maintaining and upgrading equipment. I've noticed the members are very courteous here when it comes to reracking weights and wiping things down. I think people take a lot of pride in this gym -- I sure do!
Lastly, I want to add that I think this gym is a fantastic value. I think the membership dues are very fair considering the amount of classes you get, how large the facility is, pool / sauna access, yoga studio, pickleball, etc. Is a commercial gym cheaper? Sure, but GMCF has so much more amenities, and more importantly, the community here is AWESOME! Why would I want to go anywhere else? 🙂
