We aren’t from the area and have felt homesick often, but finding such a well-equipped gym that also allows me to bring my little one made a huge difference in... read more making me feel like there was somewhere familiar to regularly go. It beats any gym I’ve gone to in big cities. I do wish there was a childcare service option, and the pool area smell tends to give me a headache. The fit4life is perfect for... read more me at my age (62) because it challenges me but doesn’t make me feel discouraged. The instructor Sara (Fridays) is a wonderful coach who is always cheerful and motivational and very attentive. The lounge is a great feature for hanging out after or before work outs and the coffee station is a huge plus. They also have a catering service that provides meals regularly that you can diy purchase. This gym has EVERYTHING.
I see people complaining about the mold on the shower curtains and on the bathroom tile. All I can say is that it is an old building that is constantly being improved. I can also add that some people love to complain and that is too bad. It is a gym, not an operating room. Give them a break and instead of hate, appreciate.
