GMCF Masters Swim

What is Masters Swim?

Green Mountain Community Fitness is proud to offer GMCF Masters Swim, a program open to adult swimmers looking to build fitness and technique in a group setting with one of Vermont’s most accomplished athletes.

GMCF Masters Swim is designed and led by USA Triathlon Hall of Fame inductee Donna Smyers, a highly decorated triathlete and experienced physical therapist. She specializes in problem solving for casual and competitive athletes and anyone trying to stay active.
Donna applies knowledge gained from training and competing to enhance her physical therapy practice, coaching and triathlon camps.
