COMPETITION INFO
The All Night ROWdown is a 12-hour team rowing competition taking place at Green Mountain Community Fitness and remotely (virtually) from 8:00 PM on November 21 through 8:00 AM on November 22 as part of Help Float Our Boat, an interactive fundraising experience supporting Cady and Team Rising Tide on their journey to the starting line of the 2027 World’s Toughest Row.
In person at GMCF, teams of four will each have two Concept2 RowErgs and one goal: accumulate as many total meters as possible before the clock runs out! Teams will decide how to divide the work, rotate their rowers, manage rest, and develop their strategy over the course of the night.
Virtual teams rowing remotely from around the globe will compete at the same time as the in-person competition, utilizing one or two Concept2 RowErgs and up to 8 team members.
The competition is also a fundraising challenge. All Night ROWdown is part of Help Float Our Boat, supporting Cady and Team Rising Tide as they prepare for an Atlantic Ocean rowing crossing and build a platform to raise awareness and support for the A Most Beautiful Thing Inclusion Fund. Throughout the 12 hours, businesses and community partners will sponsor individual hours of the ROWdown, creating fundraising matches, donor challenges, meter challenges, mystery unlocks, and other opportunities for teams and their supporters to raise money throughout the night.
Registration
4 People. 2 RowErgs. 12 Hours. All Night.
Cady is preparing to row across the Atlantic. We’re inviting you to take on one night with her.
Grab three teammates and come to GMCF. Your crew gets two Concept2 RowErgs and 12 hours to accumulate as many meters as possible. How you divide the work, rotate your rowers, manage your rest, and survive 3 AM is entirely up to you.
And you’re not just chasing meters. You’re raising money, too. Teams will compete for the fundraising title while taking on hourly sponsor matches, challenges, and opportunities to unlock additional donations throughout the night.
You don’t need to be an experienced rower. Come to compete. Come to fundraise. Come to challenge yourself. Come dressed ridiculously. Just bring three people willing to take on something hard together.
The night starts with a crowd, music, and plenty of energy during Help Float Our Boat. At 10 PM, that event winds down. You don’t.
Through midnight, 2 AM, the wee hours, and finally sunrise, you keep rowing.
At 8 AM: handles down.
Four people. Two RowErgs. Twelve hours. One night to help Cady get closer to one very big ocean.
