USMS Adult Learn to swim
The USMS (U.S. Masters Swimming) Adult Learn-to-Swim (ALTS) program is designed to help adults, including those who have never learned how to swim or who are looking to improve their swimming skills, gain comfort and confidence in the water, and learn essential water safety skills. The program aims to make adults safer around water and encourages them to enjoy swimming for fitness and recreation.
Qualified employees can be trained by a certified ALTS instructor to teach Adult lessons according to this method. This training is offered to GMCF employees only at this time.
