With her commitment to nurturing a balanced relationship between food, fitness, and personal growth, Britt empowers her clients to embark on transformative journeys to a healthier, happier self.
Before establishing her nutrition practice, Britt spent two decades operating Britt Richardson Fitness, where she trained individuals of all ages, imparting invaluable insights on holistic well-being. In her versatile journey as a fitness pro, she held certifications in CrossFit, Stott Pilates, Barre, Zumba and Group Fitness.
But life is not just about the gym and kitchen for Britt. She’s also the leader of Vermont’s Body Liberation Hiking Club.
