Our weekly 1-hour workouts are not about chasing perfect physiques, they’re about building real strength, inside and out.
We lift heavy: barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells (and sometimes babies). We push through high-intensity intervals, endurance drills, and cross-training circuits that challenge both mind and muscle. We move with purpose, not perfection. We learn to reawaken our cores—the ones that once carried life—and reclaim our bodies with every rep.
This is where raw honesty meets real grit, where motherhood’s chaos is met with fierce camaraderie, and where we tackle the brutal, beautiful battlefield of parenting with sweat, strength, laughter, and a whole lot of fun.
Ms.FITs is a class for women who understand the unspoken language of exhaustion and resilience that only mothers in the trenches could comprehend. We’re more than a fitness class — we’re a sisterhood of strong, sweaty, sleep-deprived moms showing up for each other. Through burpees, belly laughs, and the beautiful chaos of motherhood, we’ve built a space where support is as strong as our squats and no one tackles life’s curveballs alone.
