Start your day off bright with Rise Yoga now offered Fridays at 8:00 am in the Earth Studio. This class focuses on alignment and posture with longer holds and options to increase or decrease intensity. This all-level class helps support mobility and flexibility to gently invigorate your morning.
Experience deep stretching, relaxation, and release in our Yin Yoga class, on Wednesdays at 5:45 pm in the Earth Studio. Through gentle, long-held poses, you’ll target connective tissues, fostering flexibility and joint mobility. Embrace a meditative atmosphere to calm the mind and release stress. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a tranquil space to unwind and nurture your well-being.
Bridge is a new low impact group experience designed to help you find your way to your new self, whether it’s crossing over from Aqua Aerobics to the gym, finding friends and direction for your own workouts, or starting a new fitness journey from scratch. We use chairs, light weights, gentle movements, good music, and silly things that will make you laugh! All exercises can be modified to meet the needs of each individual. The goal is to have fun, feel good, and come together around a common goal of supporting one another’s health. No experience required. It will take place at 8:00 am on Thursdays in the Earth Studio.
Looking for a low-impact, full-body strength and conditioning class? Check out our morning Rowing sessions now twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45 am. This 45-minute class focuses on the cardio endurance and muscular strength benefits of the Concept2 Rowing machine. All levels of fitness and rowing experience are welcome to the Wind Studio.
Can’t get enough of Hot 26&2? Pre-recorded narrated versions of our 26&2 classes are now offered Thursdays at 7:30 am and Fridays at 9:00 am. Practice with your community here in the Fire Studio.
