Join the 30-Day Challenge! One month of creative short daily workouts, covering a variety of kettlebell swing techniques paired with a bodyweight movement, adding up to 100 swings a day. (That’s 3000 swings in a month!)
Workouts range from 5-15 minutes in length and are designed for anyone, whether you have experience swinging a kettlebell or not.
Kettlebell swings are one of the most effective movements to burn fat, build core and glute strength, increase hamstring flexibility, and improve your grip.
Workouts will be posted in SugarWod where you can comment, record an emoji score and congratulate others for their performance. We hope to get as many athletes as possible to participate, so sign up (IT’S FREE!) and encourage your friends to join you.
