In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we’re excited to announce an opportunity to give back to our community by participating in a Volunteer Day with Community Harvest!
What is Community Harvest? Community Harvest is a vital local organization dedicated to serving food-insecure individuals. Through gleaning surplus food from local farms, Community Harvest is a crucial organization dedicated to bringing local and healthy foods to under-served communities here in Central Vermont.
Why Volunteer? This is a wonderful way to put our strength and speed to use in the community, helping those in need during this season. We will be working either in the Community Harvest warehouse or out in the fields, getting produce ready to donate.
