Sports Performance Academy – Next Session!

Next Session begins Monday, Nov 11 5:45pm

The Fall season of Sports Performance Academy will run one more 2 week session. This program, designed specifically for athletes ages 14-19, combines the principles of functional fitness and sports performance to help younger athletes become stronger, faster, and perform better on the field (or pitch or court or track or whatever!)

3 Training Sessions per week

Mon/Wed 5:45pm + Sat 11:45am

✔️ Session 1: 10/14 – 10/26

✔️ Session 2: 10/28 – 11/09

Session 3: 11/11 – 11/23
