EDS POWER

EDS is a 4 week series of 60 Min classes held twice a week (usually 1 week night and 1 weekend day).

The series focus changes from different disciplines such as Power Lifting, Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, Aerobic Conditioning.

The classes are designed to help athletes build strength and confidence in these disciplines and get an understanding of what it is like to complete more complex “weakness focused” work.

Everyday Stronger Power will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays @5:45pm, Saturdays @11:45am, beginning April 13th.
