GMCF is pleased to announce a new 6-week series in the pool: Fluid Motion!
This clinic is intentionally designed to use the unique properties of the aquatic environment to improve range of motion, encourage proper body alignment, and develop balance techniques for individuals seeking greater mobility and ease of movement. Unlike traditional Aqua Aerobics classes, this series is not cardio- or strength-driven. Instead, it places a deliberate emphasis on controlled movement, alignment, and balance in a supportive, low-impact setting. Guided by Amanda Banta, certified Aquatic Personal Trainer through the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA), with specialized training in musculoskeletal conditions and weight management, participants will experience how water can be used as a powerful tool for mobility, stability, and therapeutic movement. This class is ideal for those recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or looking for a gentler, more intentional approach to movement that prioritizes function over intensity.
