The Sports Performance Academy is designed for all athletes ages 14-18. This series combines the principles of functional fitness and sports performance to help you become stronger, faster, and perform better on the field (or pitch or court or track, etc.)
Athletes have three 90-minute sessions per week working on strength, speed, agility, coordination, and more!

Fall Sports Performance Academy will be running for 6 weeks and starts on October 14th. The primary focus is in-season Strength preservation and injury prevention. Registration is open and will remain open until the first day of the series.
Session times will be on Mondays and Wednesdays 5:45pm-7:15pm, and Saturdays 11:45am.
