Introducing GroundWORK: A New Class at GMCF
We are excited to share a new class coming to the Earth Studio – GroundWORK. GroundWork is a new and unique class designed to unlock strength through mobility and deep core control. GroundWORK kicks off Monday, September 15th from 5:15–6:30 pm in the Earth Studio, led by Cady Hart-Petterssen.
This 75-minute class is designed to unlock strength through mobility and deep core control. The Work in this class combines body-weight strength training with athletic flow patterns that challenge your core to stabilize, your joints to move freely, and your body to transition through positions with precision. Each sequence expands range of motion while building the strength to control it—creating durability, resilience, and power. The ground is your foundation, where mobility and strength meet to create lasting stability.
GroundWORK is also the first class in our fledgling WORK Series—a collection of classes designed to expand what movement means at GMCF.
