The Sports Performance Academy is a youth strength and conditioning program designed for all athletes ages 14-18. This series combines the principles of functional fitness and sports performance to help you become stronger, faster, and perform better on the field (or pitch or court or track, etc.) Our unique programming creates a stronger, faster, less injury prone athlete. With an emphasis on mindset, we create mature competitors who practice longer, play harder, and recover faster.
Athletes have three 90-minute sessions per week working on strength, speed, agility, coordination, and more! Enrollment includes full access to our facility for the duration of the program.

The Winter Sports Performance Academy series focuses on top end strength. Sports Performance Academy will run in 3 sessions beginning in January 2025; athletes can participate in any or all of them. Registration is open and will remain open until the first day of the series.
