Class Schedule Updates

This autumn, turn up the heat with us and get ready to warm up from the inside out with brand-new classes in our Earth and Fire Studios. From deep stretches and mobility to sweat- filled sessions, we’ve got new classes for every body.

Vinyasa Yoga: Join Robin at 5:30-6:30 in the Earth Studio on Thursday. This flow-style vinyasa class is appropriate for all levels. Each class emphasizes body-inclusive cuing and support and each class includes an opening meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and flows into a dynamic asana practice.

Slow Burn in the Morning: Join Robin at 7:30- 8:30 in the Fire Studio on Wednesday mornings for our signature Slow Burn Class. Bring balance to your morning with the breath. A gentle style of Vinyasa that includes flow, balance, strength and breathing techniques.

Flame Flow: Join Elise at 4:15-5:15 in the Fire Studio on Thursdays to Ignite your Flame Flow. This class is a blend of vinyasa (flowing between poses) and hatha (focus on holding poses for several breaths) styles of yoga. With plenty of heat in the room and your body, you will feel strong, energized and centered. We will sweat so please hydrate well before! This class is for all levels. Starting 10/02

GroundWORK: Join Cady at 5:15-6:30 in the Earth Studio on Mondays for Groundwork. GroundWORK is a 75-minute class designed to unlock strength through mobility and deep core control.
