26&2 Hot Yoga Foundations Workshop: Standing Postures

Saturday, November 15th: 3-5pm in the Fire Studio

Beginners welcome! All body/brains welcome! Come learn about and enjoy the benefits of heat in yoga and injury recovery in a relaxed and informative workshop. We will practice the foundations of the standing postures of the 26&2 hot yoga practice and talk about how to make this practice safe and accessible for your needs. PS: check in with your doctor if you have any concerns about heat as the room will be heated. Come in clothes you are comfortable sweating in.
