Join Hendrik Reinold, GMCF’s Powerlifting trainer, coach, and athlete, for a 4 week specialty series focused entirely on powerlifting fundamentals. You’ll train twice a week—one weeknight and one weekend session—in 60-minute classes that break down the squat, bench, and deadlift with purposeful, progressive coaching. This series is all about helping athletes understand the “why” behind powerlifting technique, strengthen key positions, and experience targeted weakness-focused work that drives real results. Expect better mechanics, more confidence under load, and a stronger foundation you can carry into any training program.
