StrengthRx – Bone Building is a 12-class series meeting twice per week for six weeks, designed to teach the fundamentals of resistance training with the goal of preventing—or beginning to reverse—bone density loss.
The program centers on three foundational lifts proven to positively impact bone density: the squat, deadlift, and overhead press. With an emphasis on proper technique, progressive loading, and safety, our
coaches will provide hands-on instruction and individualized feedback every step of the way.
By the end of the series, participants will leave with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to continue strength training independently—empowered to take control of their bone health for the long term.
