Have you been considering trying your first fitness race or want to improve your time? Join Coach Douglas Farnham for 10 weeks to build your strength, endurance, and optimize your technique on events used in popular fitness races. Make sure you are ready to tackle your first race with confidence and have fun!
Each session blends strength, endurance, and skill work to prepare you for the specific demands of fitness racing. You’ll train key movements and race elements like sled pushes and pulls, carries, wall balls, and running intervals—while also dialing in pacing, transitions, and efficient technique. Whether you’re brand new to the sport or chasing a personal best, this program will meet you where you are and help you progress week to week.
Expect structured workouts, expert coaching, and a supportive team environment that keeps you motivated and accountable. By the end of the 10 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and fully prepared to take on race day.
