Next Level: Performance Series for College-Age Athletes

Take athletic performance to the next level with this dynamic training series designed to build strength, speed, power, and overall athleticism. Led by a former Division I athlete Georgia Schiff, this program combines structured, high-level coaching with an emphasis on teamwork, energy, and fun.

Athletes will begin by developing a strong foundation through intentional movement and strength training before progressing into advanced power and speed work later in the series. Each session is designed to improve mechanics, enhance performance, and give participants a true team-training experience inspired by collegiate and professional strength and conditioning programs.

Perfect for up-and-coming athletes looking to train with purpose this summer. This series will help participants build confidence, improve athletic ability, and gain insight into what it takes to perform at the next level.
