PushBack at Parkinson’s Disease™ at GMCF

PushBack at Parkinson’s Disease™ is a community-supported, intensity-driven group exercise program designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s disease. PushBack™ uses a team approach to exercise to create a supportive and motivating environment. PushBack™ sessions focus on strength, agility and flexibility, as well as emotional and psychological aspects of Parkinson’s Disease.

PushBack Against Parkinson’s Disease™ programming is supported by the Frederick C. Binter Center for Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Volunteers Needed!

Volunteers are needed to support participants in the upcoming PushBack At Parkinson’s™ class.

Volunteers provide one-on-one physical and moral support to participants, helping them safely navigate balance, posture, and mobility routines.
