Unsure where to train Powerlifting or how to get the most out of your heavy 1-rep lift attempts? Join GMCF Powerlifting Coach Hendrik Reinold for this 6-week, twice-weekly training series designed to prepare athletes for GMCF’s Powerlifting Meet.

Train alongside a dedicated group of athletes while still receiving the individualized feedback, technique refinement, and performance coaching you need from an experienced coach. This series will focus on proper lifting mechanics, competition standards, building confidence under heavy loads, and learning how to safely and effectively peak for maximal lifts.

Whether your goal is to compete for the first time, improve your technique, or hit a new PR, this series is designed to help you step onto the platform feeling strong, prepared, and confident.

Schedule: Thursdays 6:30-7:45 PM and Sundays 11:15 AM-12:30 PM
