|
We hope you’ve had a happy and safe holiday weekend and that you’ve been keeping cool as Vermont kicks into full summer mode outside. Here’s a glimpse of what’s been happening here!
GMCF Kids Summer campers are hitting the slip-and-slide, the Mountaineers are grinding through the middle of their season, and our new fitness floor equipment has officially been broken in by many of you over the past few weeks. If you haven’t had a chance to try the new abdominal machine, hip thrust, hack squat, or belt squat yet, consider this your invitation!
Many of you are checking adventures off your summer bucket lists. Whether you’re hiking Vermont’s trails, paddling a new stretch of water, riding, running, traveling, competing, or simply finding ways to stay consistent through one of Vermont’s hottest stretches of the year, we love seeing our community put their fitness to work in real life. We hope to see you in person on 8/2 for an 802 Day celebration!
That’s what it’s all about. Fitness isn’t just about what happens inside the gym, it’s about giving you the strength, confidence, and capacity to say “yes” to whatever adventure comes next.
So, what’s YOUR next adventure? I can’t wait to tell you more about mine!!
