 A NOTE FROM CADY
There’s a certain kind of vibe that comes with October in Vermont. The air gets crisp, the leaves put on their annual show (which is amazingly gorgeous this year), and suddenly it feels pretty good to head inside and get moving. And inside GMCF, the energy is pretty great right now. We wrapped up September with an incredible Powerlifting Meet that reminded me just how strong this community is, literally and figuratively. And that energy has carried right into October.  Our adaptive programming is growing, with adaptive swim lessons, Pickleball, and strength training all happening at GMCF. Our Physical Therapy department just keeps getting better, too, and we’re excited to now accept more major insurance plans (BCBS, MVP, Cigna, Medicare). And our Pickleball community has a new app to use to connect with other players in PB360 (which integrates with your existing GMCF account and more features on the way). I’d say the energy is snowballing…but it’s October in Vermont, and I refuse to summon that just yet. So for now, we’ll just say it’s building. Check it out!
